An eight-year-old troublemaker, mistakenly left home alone, must defend his home against a pair of burglars on Christmas Eve.
Start your Christmas Evening early and join us for a film in our 1950s Grand cinema beforehand! Exclusively available to Christmas Evening event ticket holders, arrive early and kick start your special evening with a film before starting your Christmas Evening from 5pm.
Please note: For the duration of the film screening, guests will be required to remain inside the cinema building, whilst the museum is being transformed for our themed event. If you choose or need to leave before 5pm, you will be escorted to the main entrance and re-join the queue for the evening event.
Event Cinema tickets must be accompanied by Christmas Evening entry tickets, must be pre-booked online (subject to availability) and will not be available to buy at the museum. Beamish Unlimited Passes and Friends of Beamish memberships are not valid for evening events.
This is a separate ticketed evening event – Beamish Unlimited Passes and Friends of Beamish memberships are not valid for evening events.
If you need a carer’s ticket, please book the rest of your party online and then call 0191 370 4000 and quote your reference number to book a carer’s ticket. Evidence of eligibility for carers status must be shown at the point of admission, examples of evidence include Blue Badge, Access Card, PIP letter, Government issued Disability card or equivalent.
Selected tickets can be transferred only when the ticket holder has created an online account, and all transfers are subject to availability. A £1 administration fee applies to each event transfer, and transfers are only valid once completed through the official DigiTickets account system and confirmed. Ticket date amendments can be made, subject to event availability, up to 2 weeks prior to your event date, or 48 hours for weekend and weekday Grotto tickets.
