What are the Winter Opening times?

4th November 2024 – 13th December 2024: Open Wednesday-Sunday, 10am-4pm

14th – 24th December 2024: Open daily, 10am-4pm

25th and 26th December 2024: Closed

27th December 2024 – 5th January 2025: Open daily, 10am-4pm

6th January 2025 – 21st February 2025: Open Friday-Sunday, 10am-4pm

22nd February 2025 – 2nd March 2025: Open daily, 10am-4pm

3rd – 30th March 2025: Open Wednesday-Sunday, 10am- 4pm

What happens once I’ve bought my Beamish Unlimited Pass or Evening Event ticket online?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please present this when you arrive at the museum’s Entrance. If you are unable to print this out, please show it on your mobile device on arrival.

Beamish Unlimited Passes

Beamish Unlimited Passes are collected from the museum Entrance on the day of your first visit (they cannot be sent out in the post). Please bring your confirmation email, containing your unique Booking Reference Number.

Under 5s are admitted free during the day and do not require an Unlimited Pass.

Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

Who can use a Beamish Unlimited Pass?

Unlimited Passes are non-transferable and must only be used by the visitor(s) in whose name the Pass was purchased.

Evening Event Tickets

Tickets bought online for evening events, including Halloween and Christmas, will be emailed to you. Please bring your email containing your unique Booking Reference Number and barcode for admission to the event.

Tickets for evening events are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an alternative date or event. Please see the website for details of prices, age limits, etc. Beamish Unlimited Passes cannot be used for evening events.

What if my confirmation email doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t receive your order confirmation email, please, after checking your junk/spam email folder, contact us on tel. 0191 370 4000 or email: entranceteam@beamish.org.uk.

What should I do if I lose my Unlimited Pass?

If you lose or forget your Pass, please bring along a form of ID with you on your visit and our Entrance Team will search for you on the museum’s membership database. We will be able to issue you with a replacement pass once we have found you on the system.

Do I need to buy my tickets online?

Beamish Unlimited Passes can be bought in person at the museum’s Entrance.

Evening Event tickets can also be purchased at the Entrance, subject to availability, but please note they are usually sold out well in advance of the event.
